My segment from this weekend advocating that the President’s forthcoming decision to rebalance the current NSA surveillance programs rightfully take into consideration the privacy concerns of the American people and the business community- while also assuring that the NSA program is balanced to support U.S. national security interests in the U.S. and with our allies and partners.
